“For my yoke is easy and my burden is light” - Matthew 11:30

For ten days as we hiked our Camino, we laughed (so much) and cried, worshiped, shared, sang and danced, and celebrated our new friendships and experiences in Christ

What a blessing to feel the power of Jesus so alive, overwhelming the typical desires of the flesh in myself and other young Catholic pilgrims

Thank you @varsity_caminos and Buen Camino 💖

Mi familia de Santiago

En el Camino de Santiago, I started walking with strangers, but by the end of the trip, after many sleepless nights due to heat, so many smiles and laughs shared with these people, so so so much wine and good food, and of course over 100km of The Camino. These people were no longer strangers in my book, but rather some of the best and real people I’ve met so far in my life. Technically still strangers, but I’ve felt like I’ve known them my whole life.

Never goodbyes, only see you laters. Either here in the world or later in Heaven❤️

Buen Camino!

The Lord has already prepared the way!

Every mile walked, conversation had, and person met, my heart felt prepared to receive. It is incredible how evident the Lords presence becomes when you slow down and live more simply, with everything you have in one backpack. I will never be able to completely comprehend how securely held I am by Jesus, but I praise Him for the capacity He has given me to trust that He has already prepared the way!

Buen Camino!
