Did you ever sit down one evening at a tavern, then started up a conversation with strangers? But we all pulled out our dice and a game of Farkle ensued?
…maybe visited the Rattay tavern, made friends and hung out after?
…or visited the local brown pub because, well… you know it as The Hole in The Wall?

That was us, @smaland_cosplay and me.
We had been looking forward to the Rattay Fanfest for months, planned everything to also catch the Kutna Hora Silvering. So we did! And it was amazing.

Thank you for making this picture for us @hanush.irl and for our lovely doppelgangers as well:
@ggbcalwen as Rosa
@lifeofpavlena as Pavlena
@ren_ceska as Katherine

It was lovely to meet each and every one of you!
Including @the_wandering_dutch_noble and @and_her_ghosts along with her friends, and all the actors (I will not spam them by tagging them here) and @sirdoenny although briefly.

Much great food was eaten. Many beers inhaled. Plenty of Farkle wherever we could. We climbed to Trosky, walked around the stunning lakes and villages such as Tachov, Nebakov and Semine. Hiked from Kutna Hora to Malesov because Henry needed our help!

We had a full itinerary, so to speak 😂❤️
I want to go back already, I loved every bit of it, with my best friend by my side who endured my bad jokes along the way. 😘

Safe to say I am happy I can visit KCD again at anytime at home, I have been missing it a lot ❤️
I’ll visit again someday soon, and maybe even take a wager at the Rattay tourney! ⚔️❤️🥰

Appreciation post

Events like these wouldn’t be awesome and fun like this without my friends!

We went trough ungodly heat and random rainfalls but we enjoyed ourselves nonetheless! 🙌🏻🤜🏻🤛🏻👏🏻

„Domine, da mihi patientiam... quia si calicem in eas proiecero, peccabo ipse.“ -Godwin gibberish 🙏

Rattay tourney was breathtaking! As always, I didn't manage to meet or talk to all the people I'd wanted to and I didn't manage to see all there was to see, but I enjoyed it immensely anyway. See you all next time 🩷

And so another playthrough of the masterpiece Kingdom Come: Deliverance II comes to an end. I want to express my deepest gratitude to @warhorsestudios, @danielvavra and everyone involved in creating this work of art. The impact this game has had on the industry — and on bringing Czech history, language and culture to a global audience — is hard to overstate. It's not just about stunning visuals, intricate mechanics or a unique combat system. It's a literal portal to the Middle Ages. A door into a world whose time has long passed, yet one we can step through thanks to modern technology and the extraordinary dedication of an incredible team. Special thanks to the geniuses @janvalta and @adam.sporka for the music that made the immersion complete. Thank you all, each and every one, for these 555 unforgettable hours in medieval Bohemia. You are truly something else. See you soon 😭
