Next up is my friends. While I was interviewing for residency . They would always ask me things like tell me something interesting about yourself , tell me what would you do in your free time or, tell me about someone that inspires you . I always talk about my friends . In fact I have too much to say. I’ve had my friendships for I kid you most of my natural life , I can absolutely say because I have these types of friendships the concept of distance , time , I’m genuinely indifferent too. Boned like these.. well they just differnt in a good way . There aren’t enough photos in the world to capture all of them, even the ones that weren’t here . Just know tho im@always there for yall whenever you need something .. im just an intern tho. So try not to need anything 🙏🏾

Sunday evening couldn’t have been better! 🤩 Attending the Tardy Tee event was an absolute pleasure. It’s a place where passion, purpose, and play come together, allowing people to socialize and learn new golfing techniques. 🏌️ This year’s edition was especially meaningful as it served as a fundraiser for the launch of the Bridge the Birdie Fellowship, an organization dedicated to empowering young men of color in junior high and high school. 🙌 The vibes were fantastic, making for an unforgettable Sunday.

Day 2 at the Sistas In Sales Weekend reminded me of something essential: while I’m known for pitching and partnerships, the core of it all is being awesome at sales. Annually, S.I.S brings together the best and the brightest, the novice and the ambitious for a weekend of sharpening our toolkit as sales professionals. The key to a great pitch—and to landing powerful partnerships—comes from being trained by predecessors who are already excelling at the senior level of what we’re stepping into now. This weekend, I gleaned from the wisdom of fellow entrepreneurs and highly skilled executives across industries, from mainstage panels to world-class sales training, thought leadership, and even moments of personal development and wellness. 🙏🏾

If you know me, you know I believe in inviting sisters (& brothers 🤭) into the rooms I am privileged to step into—it’s not always about gatekeeping, but about extending access when possible. It was an honor to have some of my favorite women accompany me this year thanks to my generous sponsor, Mr. Byron, who trusted me to share the invitation to such a high-level convening. Day One: The Gala — The Beauty Behind Business ✨

Beauty isn’t only in how we show up, but in the power, brilliance, and legacy we carry with us.

Quarter Three has been my season of connection—leaning into spaces where intention meets opportunity. And what a gift it was to start the Sistas in Sales Summit (@sistasinsales 🩷) with a gala that celebrated the elegance, resilience, and power of Black women in every industry. And it was an honor to represent as the founder of @astoldbyphi

My younger self in college could’ve never imagined these kinds of rooms. Back then, we were just walking across campus, unsure of what the future held. Now, to share a mini @stjohnsu reunion 👩🏾‍🎓with women (slide 4) who have become CEOs, homeowners, and entrepreneurs—luxurious Black women redefining what’s possible—is a true reminder of how far we’ve come.

Community shaped this moment too—reconnecting with sisters I’ve met in past seasons and seeing how our journeys continue to intertwine. 🌐These are the fruits of labor I prayed for, proof that nothing is wasted when you move with intention.

Thank you to my good sis Ariel for extending the invitation. Day one affirmed that when we honor both the beauty and the business, we expand what’s possible for us all.

And as I sat in that room, I was reminded that this is what becoming looks like—not just milestones, but alignment, growth, and creating space for others to rise too. The seeds I’ve sown—through faith, wellness, advocacy, and community—are blooming in real time. And the story is still unfolding. 🤎
