Feeling blessed and refreshed after spending a week at @imiloa.institute with @thelafacialist leading the #radiantaf retreat. It was amazing to learn, connect and recharge in one of the most beautiful places on earth. I’m grateful for every single incredible Esthi Bestie I met, and I will cherish this past week for the rest of my life!

1 week ago I traveled to Costa Rica 🇨🇷 for the first time by myself to attend the ✨Radiant AF Retreat✨, hosted by @thelafacialist and @courtneyjlimon at @imiloa.institute.

I’m so thankful and grateful to have attended this retreat located in the jungle of Dominical, Costa Rica. Not only was this an aesthetic training to learn facial sculpting techniques by the ONE & ONLY @thelafacialist but it was also a wellness retreat filled with yoga, rituals, and ceremonies where I created so many memories, experiences, and connections with 30 other women.

I learn SO MUCH from our guests at Imiloa.

You don’t end up on a retreat without some significant moment(s) in your life that cause you to start searching deeply. Asking some of life’s biggest questions.

And a retreat is usually … the start … of learning … to listen … to life’s whisper.

Erica & Adam. ✨ What a joyous day beside the lake. The whole day felt like a reunion, such a happy and supportive group of people all together to celebrate these newlyweds. These two light each other up, it’s so cool to see. Their sweet dog Teddy was a dapper ring bearer in his tiny tux, the wind was coming up off the water, the petals were flying as they ran down the aisle, laughing hand in hand. So happy to document such a beautiful love. 💕Congratulations you two!
