Still processing the goodness that was last night. Thank you to my dear friend @_martingross for navigating the train tickets to Luckenwalde and introducing me to @ewerk_luckenwalde last year. Thank you to @helsxturner for inviting our students to this weekend’s performance festival, The Drop Out: Tell Them I Said No, and for putting on such special events and creating a safe space for open dialogue. Thank you to @prem_krishnamurthy for the perfect ending to the night - first time on a karaoke bus and it exceeded all expectations.

TESTIMONIAL

A few months ago, I completed work with my first client over an extended period of time. I am deeply grateful for Ren for trusting me in this endeavor that we took on together. Ren’s beautiful paintings show what it is like to be caught in the realm of addiction and then to be free using breathwork.

Breathwork is a game changer for overcoming old habits and letting go of dysfunctional coping strategies. By facing and transmuting past suffering, we no longer have to numb ourselves to our pain. For me, breathwork helped me so much in letting go of addiction. It was epic working with Ren on this and it has been awesome to watch them grow as a human since discovering their breath.

Breathwork is not a replacement to therapy, especially if you are struggling with addiction. But, It can be super charger on your healing journey because it allows you to access and heal pain that can be inaccessible through talk therapy.

If you are interested, I work with clients over a 6 session period where we meet every other week. We dive into purpose making, building resilience, and reclaiming attention using breathwork. Please reach out to me if you think breathwork may assist you on your healing journey.
