Girls if you want to understand what a year of consistency can do

Take a look at my client Renee

The goal - Leaner, more muscle, more shape and more strength

It didn’t come from consistently chasing a lower weight or seeing how low we could get her calories

It came from a structured calorie deficit focusing on feeling her body

And then moving into a calorie surplus paired with structured, intentional and intense training.

Fast forward 12 months Renee looks a lot different

Committing to a plan and trusting the process has paid off

Super proud of you Renee

If you want to be our next transformation. Head to the link in bio

Reminiscing on the Te Auaha studio because I loved being in that space for many years, it held so much power. Have you ever seen so many beautiful humans back to back in a video like this? It’s wild.

So many of these dancers are now living their best lives overseas or around the country, I’m forever a fan of you all and so inspired. Grateful for every person who has shared the space and been a part of the magic🥹🫶🏽

Upcoming:
Open - 25th June
Beginner Heels - 2nd July
