POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Thank you, Trina, for guiding guests through a morning vinyasa near Hoyt Lake. It gave Co-leaders Simon and Mike enough time to tag a dozen T-shirts with "November Project 🦬"

Should we do a yoga morning more than once year, let us know in the comments. ⤵️

🎵 Camp November Project, we hold you in our hearts! And when we think about you... I hope we never part! 🎵

If you remember those lyrics, congratulations—you've officially earned your 90s kid badge.

What an awesome way to start the day with cool summer air, clear skies, and no smoky Canadian "Instagram filter" in sight. Camp counselors Simon and Rose led us through what felt like an entire week's worth of summer camp activities... all in just 40 minutes!

It's probably for the best that Mike wasn't involved. Otherwise, things would've turned into Wet Hot American Summer, and somehow we'd have wrapped up the workout with a talking can of beans. Instead, this camp was more like the beginning of The Parent Trap—minus the British Lindsay Lohan(How did her family find out about a summer camp in Maine anyways?).

By now you've probably realized that Mike has never actually been to summer camp and has based his entire understanding of it on TV shows and movies.

We hope you enjoyed your little slice of camp life this morning, and don't worry—there's plenty more summer fun still to come!

Well, we did it! Unlike the movie Napoleon Dynamite, the time machine worked and brought us back to 2004... or whatever year Napoleon Dynamite actually takes place. I mean, I've never been able to figure it out. Sure, Kip spends all day chatting online with babes, so maybe 2004 is right. But the whole movie has an '80s vibe to it. Then Summer dances to the Backstreet Boys' "Larger Than Life" to try to convince the school to vote for her for class president, so maybe it's the late '90s? Maybe that's what makes the movie so timeless—you can't quite place what era it's set in. Kind of like Taylor Swift.

Anyways, great job today, everyone! We bowed to our sensei, took some glam shots, threw a football a quarter mile over them mountains(and into Hoyt Lake), and got some sweet jumps! We appreciate all of you diving headfirst into this crazy workout and laughing along with us.

The heat advisory was no joke! Today's Personal Best & Java workout was perspiring puddles around the AKG Art Museum Stairs. We put a new spin on weatherproof! Congratulations to Malachi on earning his first Good Neighbor Award.

Boom! It’s our birthday! Boom! It’s our birthday! BOOOM! IT’S OUR BIRTHDAY!!!!!

Happy 9th Birthday to our wonderful community here in Buffalo!

We couldn’t have made it this far without all of you, and we’re so glad you’re here.

You might be wondering how we’ve already made it to 9 years, and honestly, we have no idea. The time has absolutely flown by! In those 9 years, we’ve shared 468 Wednesday Bestdays, 100+ Frundays, 9 Sunrise 6Ks, countless friendships, thousands of smiles, and even a few engagements along the way.

What started as a free workout has become a community that shows up for each other, celebrates together, and makes Buffalo a little brighter every week.

Drop one of your favorite NP memories in the comments below—we’d love to hear them!

Y’all good? 💙

We felt the wrath of our lost bet with November Project Montréal this morning! Last week, the Montreal Canadiens knocked the Buffalo Sabres out of Stanley Cup Bracket of Game 7 and as a result, we were asked to do 7 minutes of burpees. (We also did a whole circuit workout themed around Montreal)

There's only a few songs that run 7-minutes deep, so we quite fittingly played Celine Dion's "It's All Coming Back to Me Now," while our team completed the burpees burnout.

Thank you for everyone who joined us in the brutal punishment!

A PB&J Workout Day turned into a birthday extravaganza this morning! Big thanks to Claire (@cs1projects ) for bringing the cone hats and cupcakes! Also, thank you everyone who is submitting their exercise stats for November Project's @abvember !! We're hitting it out of the park! At our coffee hour at @tipicocoffee , a few folks got started with today's 10-minute planks. 😅

Missed the workout? On Friday morning, we'll be hosting another FrunDay Run in Delaware Park! (post coming soon) and we'll be gathering 5 PM later that day at @terrace_buffalo for a cash mob Happy Hour in support of the staff recovering from a break-in a couple weeks ago.
