🔥 Come on down to our Monday morning Legs & Abs sessions 🦵💪 ⏰ Starting at 06:20 and finishing at 07:05 — a great way to start the week feeling strong, focused, and ready for the day ahead. 🙌 A welcoming team, good atmosphere, hard work, and sessions suitable for all ages and abilities — whether you’re completely new to training or have years of experience behind you. Monday is about getting the toughest and most important work done first so we can attack the rest of the week feeling strong, feeling like champions 🏆 We start with a RAMP warm-up 🔥 Raise the heart rate ❤️ Activate the muscles 💥 Mobilise the joints 🔄 Prepare the body for exercise ✅ After that we do a short AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) circuit to get moving, build fitness, and switch ourselves on before the main session 🏃‍♂️💨 We stick to the basics because they work: Squats 🏋️ for overall leg strength, power, and core stability Lunges 🦵 for glutes, quads, balance, and control Romanian Deadlifts 💪 for hamstrings, glutes, and lower back strength Farmer’s Carries 🚶‍♂️ for grip, calves, posture, and mental toughness We also mix in core and back work during the session: Glute Bridges 🍑 for glutes, hips, and lower back Alternate Dorsal Raises 🔥 for the smaller stabilising muscles in the back Crunches ⚡ for core strength and endurance A lot of the core work also comes naturally through the main exercises and finishers, especially front squats where you have to brace and stay strong throughout. 💥 Monday is about working hard, building strong foundations, and starting the week properly. 📩 DM me for more details or to book your first FREE trial session. Come down and get involved. #cambridge #bootcampwithed #fitness #exercise #bootcamp

Saturday morning team run — great effort from everyone, with a few PBs in the mix too! A really welcoming and well-organised event thanks to the fantastic volunteers at Milton ParkRun (and Huntingdon). Community and grassroots running at its best. Without the volunteers and their selfless commitment, these opportunities simply wouldn’t exist. It really is amazing—thank you! #cambridge #bootcampwithed #miltonparkrun #parkrun #huntingdonparkrun
