🔊🌳 TURN THE VOLUME UP. NO MUSIC NEEDED FOR THIS ONE. Monster cottonwood. Face notch cut. 🪚 Back cut moving in... Then the saw comes out. And now you just LISTEN. 👂😮‍💨 CRACK. POP. SNAP. Those hinge fibers start talking. 🌳💥 Thousands of pounds of tree committing to the direction we planned. More cracking... More fibers popping... She's going... She's going... TIIIIIMBERRRRRRRR!!! 🌳💥💨 And DOWN she goes. No voiceover. No soundtrack. No fancy edit. Just the RAW SOUND OF TREE WORK. 🪚🌲🔥 For tree guys, that hinge cracking might as well be a symphony. 😂 🌲 Uribe's Tree Service LLC — Extreme Tree Work Done Right 🤖 Robo-Chop Remote Tree Removal 🌳 Hazardous & Technical Tree Removals 🪢 Advanced Climbing & Precision Rigging ✂️ ANSI A300 Pruning • Certified Arborist on Staff 🪵 Whole-Tree Chipping • Stump Grinding 🌿 Land Clearing • Forestry Mulching ⚡ 24/7 Emergency Response 🏛️ Residential • Commercial • Municipal • Government 📍 Yakima • Selah • Naches • Sunnyside • Grandview • Prosser • Tri-Cities • Ellensburg • Cle Elum & beyond 🌐 www.uribestreeservice.com If that CRACK… POP… BOOM doesn't make you smile, you might be in the wrong industry. 😮‍💨🪚🌳🔥 👑 @uribestreeservice 👑 #UribesTreeService #uribemindset #uribe #UribeBloodline #uribebros

🤣🇲🇽 Had to hit ’em with the Mexican yell on this one—6:00 A.M. and the whole neighborhood knew Uribe’s had arrived! Noise ordinance says 7:00 A.M.... But when the City calls and says this tree removal needs to start at 6:00 sharp, guess what? Say less. Emergency work doesn’t wait for business hours. Dangerous trees don’t check the clock. And our crews don’t hit snooze when the community needs us. 🌙 Called in before sunrise. 🚛 Trucks rolling in the dark. 🪚 Chainsaws in one hand. ⚡ Energy drink in the other. 🌲 Tree removal underway at 6:00 A.M. sharp. Sorry, sleepyheads... The City said it was time to wake up. 🤣 Our teams are ready 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for emergency removals, storm damage, hazardous trees, and urgent callouts. Day or night. Weekday or weekend. When the call comes in... We roll. 🌲 Uribe’s Tree Service LLC — Extreme Tree Work Done Right 🤖 Robo-Chop Remote Tree Removal 🌳 Hazardous & Technical Tree Removals 🪢 Advanced Climbing & Precision Rigging ✂️ Precision Pruning — Certified Arborist on Staff 🪵 Whole-Tree Chipping • Professional Stump Grinding 🌿 Lot & Land Clearing • Forestry Mulching ⚡ 24/7 Emergency Storm Response 📍 Serving Yakima • Selah • Naches • Ellensburg • Cle Elum • Sunnyside • Grandview • Kennewick • Pasco • Richland, and everywhere in between. 🌐 www.uribestreeservice.com The alarm clock said sleep. Super excited and proud to announce that I’m now accredited as an ISA Certified Arborist! It’s taken a lot of hard work to get here, lots of days where I was out the door before the sun was up and pulling back in the driveway after it had set hours prior. My family has made a lot of sacrifices to help me get here and their support has been unwavering. I’ve had some incredible people give me a space to occupy in Arboriculture and I’ve been extremely fortunate to work with them. As many of you may know, I was working for my brother up until 2024, when he passed away. Immediately after he passed, I had no clear idea of what to do next, but many friends of Cal stepped up in a big way for me. Reon Rounds graciously put me on his crew and I quickly acclimated to doing estimates for him, he shared his knowledge about sales and running a successful business, got me working around some of his MASSIVE equipment and instilled confidence in me. At the same time, Forrester Barry joined me in completing the work that I could sell for myself and brought me on to help him with his work. Mentoring me in climbing, tree biology, proper pruning and the safety practices required to be successful and have longevity as an Arborist. Forrester was a defining factor for Nick’s Custom Tree Care. I wouldn’t be the business owner or the Arborist I am today without him. Along with Forrester, Colton Davis often joined us to crush work. He’s also been an influential mentor to me and has given me tremendous help. Finally, this year I was invited by Jeff Albertini to work with him doing Plant Healthcare, an area of Arboriculture that I hadn’t touched yet. Under Jeff, I was exposed to new knowledge that will help me care for Trees with a wholistic approach, aiming to diagnose problems at their root (pun intended) and knowing what resources to use when you need them. Jeff sponsored my Certification and pushed me (along with some push from Forrester) to get it done. Here we are! Nick’s Custom Tree Care is really starting to take off and I feel great about where I’m headed. I’ve still got a whole career ahead of me, but in this moment, my big brother would be beyond proud.

😤 If you truly believe... and you're willing to outwork everyone around you... there isn't much in this world that can stop you. Dream big. Work bigger. Then show up and prove it every single day. No shortcuts. No excuses. No waiting for the perfect moment. No one is coming to save you. Success isn't built in one day. It's built by stacking wins every single day—even when nobody is watching. That's how this was built. From one truck... To a fleet. From one saw... To RoboChop. From chasing jobs... To our own headquarters with our billboard standing overhead. Every piece was earned. That's the standard we bring to every project. We don't just show up. We show up prepared. The right equipment. The right crew. The right attitude. Because when you hire Uribe's Tree Service LLC, you're hiring a team that's committed to doing the job safely, professionally, and the right way the first time. 🌲 Work hard. 🚛 Stay humble. 💪 Keep stacking wins. The results eventually speak louder than words. 🌲 Uribe's Tree Service LLC — Extreme Tree Work Done Right. 🤖 RoboChop Remote Tree Removal 🌳 Hazardous & Technical Tree Removals 🪢 Advanced Climbing & Precision Rigging ✂️ Precision Tree Pruning (Certified Arborist on Staff) 🪵 Whole-Tree Chipping • Stump Grinding 🌿 Lot & Land Clearing • Forestry Mulching ⚡ 24/7 Emergency Storm Response 📍 Proudly serving Yakima • Selah • Naches • Tieton • Ellensburg • Cle Elum • Union Gap • Moxee • Sunnyside • Grandview • Prosser • Kennewick • Pasco • Richland, and everywhere in between. 🌐 www.uribestreeservice.com Work hard.
