So answer me this….. ⬇️ Why do we stop practicing to get better at things? When did you stop believing you can do things with practise? It’s a rhetorical question. I know the answer. I’ve been there. A police officer long enough to know the job will condition you to believe that you’re not good enough even when you’re giving it you’re all. There’s so many rewarding moments… but it’s human nature to hold on to the negatives. In case you don’t know me, I did 10 years in the Met Police and gained so much weight after an injury on duty. I previously to yo yo dieted in my 20’s, with utterly useless fad diets and training plans that never stuck so I knew I needed a better plan this time - I was at my heaviest weight in life, nearly 100kg at 35 years old. I found an online coach who opened up my eyes. Taught me that consistent simplicity is key. 🔑 Do the basics right, and then keep doing them over and over and over again….. It worked. So I took this and built on it. A strategy I designed specifically for shift workers that helped me excel and thrive. 17kg down and now around 76% muscle mass. At 40 years old I’m in the best shape of my life ….so far 😉 Further more, got my qualifications as a PT and quit the Met. What I bring to you as a Coach isn’t just a level 3 PT certificate… but a wealth of life experience. I’ve done it the wrong way so many times I can tell you with full confidence what the right way is, for YOU. It’s not a generic plan. DM the word SHIFT and stop wasting your time on plans that don’t work. 💙 👀 Wearing my cosy new @reps4reps 𝙉𝙤𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙄𝙨 𝙄𝙢𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙇𝙞𝙛𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙮𝙡𝙚 𝙃𝙤𝙤𝙙𝙞𝙚 – 𝙎𝙤𝙛𝙩 𝙒𝙝𝙞𝙩𝙚. 💰 Use my discount code when you buy: NAT10 #onlinecoach #emergencyservices #shiftworker #police

✨ Exciting announcement 📣 ✨ Gym girls know the struggle… 🍑😂 Finding gym wear that actually fits gym-girl shapes, survives a proper training session AND doesn’t turn see-through the second you squat. 👀 Fuck it, I also feel cute. 💁‍♀️ So I’m VERY chuffed to say I’m now a brand ambassador for @reps4reps 💙💪🏼 And before anyone thinks “here comes the influencer spiel…” 😂 — I’ve actually worn Reps4Reps for a number of years (and I’m not a wannabe influencer 😉). I already know the quality is 👌🏼 I already train in it. I already love it. And lads — you’re covered too. Their men’s range is just as excellent. 💪🏼 Even better? Reps4Reps is owned and founded by actual coaches — people who train, understand what gym wear needs to do, and genuinely know their stuff. There’s also a direct WhatsApp link to customer care team on the website if you need sizing/fit guidance. 👌🏼 Top-quality, locally made kit, created by genuinely bloody lovely people. So being asked to officially represent them? Absolute no-brainer. 💙 Now I have a legitimate excuse to own even more gym gear. 😂 This is the Women’s Sculpted Bra Top in Eclipse Grey with matching shorts. 💅 Link to website in my bio, discount code NAT10. Run don’t walk.
