@femmi x @rerun_physiotherapy track session as we continue to Ascend: to the line together 🚀

We trialed the @nike Pegasus 42, were guided through a track warm up, speed session, and an easy to do at home strength and injury prevention session. We had people experiencing their first (and hopefully not last) track session as we train together for Nike After Dark Tour ✨

Thanks to everyone who made it down, and huge thank you to Shai from rerun for the session + Maddy from Nike for the shoe trial!! See you at the next Ascend: to the line session in a few weeks!! ❤️‍🔥

This group session was honestly so so so helpful, and i’m stoked with how much my form has improved and how much better I am feeling on my feet since!! 🌟🔋
(so If you’re looking to improve your running form I would HIGHLY recommend going and seeing Shai or attending one of his group sessions!) 🫶🏼🏃🏼‍♀️
