In honor of National Black-Owned Business Month, we are continuing our series shining a light on local Black-owned businesses making a difference in our neighborhood!

Today’s feature is Reset Juice Bar (📍 1 Georgia Ave, Utica). Opened last year by founder and co-owner Desrey King, Reset Juice Bar was born of a personal wellness journey that inspired her to rethink what she put into her body and how it affected her overall health.

Noticing that Utica was missing a fresh, health-focused spot like this, Desrey set out to create something truly unique for the Mohawk Valley. Her goal? To craft fresh juices and treats that taste so delicious, you don't even realize how healthy they are! Beyond the menu, Desrey’s advice for aspiring local entrepreneurs is simple and encouraging: believe in yourself and keep going.

Join us in celebrating local innovators like Desrey! Stop by Reset Juice Bar to grab a fresh drink and support a fantastic local business. 🥤🌿✨

We have a few Hometown hero’s from Utica, NY who have carved out a lane for themselves. Most recently @myke.wash has paved his own way to NFL shout out to him! Let’s big him up and sell out his jersey when it hits the stores 💪🏾🔥🏈 #utica

Social Glow ✨…

Women coming together, moving their bodies, pouring into themselves… and just enjoying the moment.

We flowed through Pilates, fueled our bodies with infusions, stacked some beautiful permanent jewelry, and took time to slow down, connect, and just be 🤍

This is exactly the kind of space I love creating—where you can prioritize yourself and feel supported doing it.

A huge thank you to the amazing businesses who helped bring this day to life:

• Linked N Love for coming out and creating the most beautiful permanent jewelry pieces ✨
• Honey & Salt for the delicious cookie platters (they did not last long 😍)
• Reset for providing wellness shots for everyone!

So grateful for everyone who showed up and made this event what it was… truly such a special day 🫶🏼

More of this coming soon 🤍
