Capping off my back-to-back-to-back Thursday with an Aerial Belt x Hammock class with tita teach @proschefdes at @oroyogawellnessstudio! 🥰

A little throwback: When I first started my yoga journey, one of my very first classes was an Aerial Belt: Vin to Yin session with teach Des. I still remember how we were asked to do the peak pose, and of course, hindi ko siya nagawa noon!

Fast forward to more than three months later, and here I am, finally making it all the way to the top! 😭

Sobrang nakakahappy isipin how far I've come in just a few months. What once seemed impossible is now something I can actually do! Moments like this remind me that progress doesn't happen overnight. It takes consistency, patience, and the willingness to keep showing up, even when things feel difficult.

Thank you so much, tita teach @proschefdes, for being part of my journey from the very beginning! From not being able to reach the top to finally making it there, I'm so happy I got to share this little victory with you! 🥹💕

Back-to-back-to-back Thursday!! 🔥

Kicking off today's triple-class adventure with teach @loreeinmotion’s Tethered Strength class!

Second time attending this class, and I swear, every session feels like a full-on gym workout! 🤣 Every movement really challenges my strength, and I absolutely love feeling the burn. Definitely a great way to fire up those muscles and prepare for the two more classes waiting for me later in the afternoon! 😅

Ewan ko ba, kahit hirap na hirap ako during class, babalik at babalik pa rin naman ako! 😂 Maybe because teach always makes sure to reward us with the most relaxing stretches and a well-deserved savasana at the end. 😌

Thank you, teach @loreeinmotion, for always making us work hard and always rewarding us with that much-needed relaxation afterward! 🫶🏻

First of this week's back-to-back series, starting with last night's Rhythm Ride class led by our energetic coach @minibutmightyava! 💪🏻🚴🏻‍♀️

Made even more fun because I got to ride with tita Des and Atty. Tats! 🫶🏻

Yung hingal ko hindi ko na ma-explain, pero sige, pedal pa rin dahil masyadong nostalgic ang mga chosen songs! 😂 Thank you coach Ava for keeping the energy high and pushing us through the ride! 🔥

Fusion Pilates Saturday at @defy.pilatesstudio with coach Tet!

I still vividly remember my first Fusion Pilates class with coach Tet and kung gaano ako nahirapan noon. 😂 But today, I’m genuinely proud of how far I’ve come! I managed to finish the entire class without getting as breathless as I used to! Small progress like this really makes me happy. 🥹

Wore my pretty Rose Quartz bracelet from @gemsandstonesph today! 💗 Rose Quartz is often associated with self-love and inner peace, and I loved having that little reminder to stay calm, positive, and kind to myself throughout the challenging workout. 🥰

It was also my first time at Defy, and I love how aesthetic and spacious their studio is! Their personalized mats are such a cute touch, too. Thank you for having us today! 🫶🏻

And of course, a huge thanks to coach @movewithtet for her never-ending energy! Grabe sumakit ang core ko today, teach. Jusko ka! 😂 Love you!!!

Second class of the day @oroyogawellnessstudio was Aerial Belt x Hammock with tita teach @proschefdes! 🫶🏻

I missed how relaxing her classes are and how they always leave me wanting to take a nap right after! 😆

I really loved the combination of aerial belt and hammock, especially how we transitioned from one to the other for a more relaxing flow. My muscles are still sore from this week's classes, so this was exactly what I needed to unwind and give my body some recovery time. 🥹

Thank you so much, teach @proschefdes, for the calming vibes and for always making your classes feel like a little escape from a busy week! 🫶🏻🍃

First time at @oroyogawellnessstudio and went straight for back-to-back classes! 😅

Started with Core & Legs Strengthening with teach Adeline! I like how detailed she was with her cues and how she made sure to correct our form throughout the class.

The sequence may have looked simple, but I definitely felt the burn in my core and legs! 🔥

Thank you so much, teach Adeline, for making my first class at @oroyogawellnessstudio such a welcoming experience! 🫶🏻

Attended my first Silk & Flow class today!! 🫶🏻

Happy to see how much my grip strength has improved compared to my previous aerial classes! I'm also getting more comfortable moving and spinning mid-air, which used to feel so intimidating. 🥹

But honestly, my brain still struggles to process aerial instructions, especially when there are so many turns and transitions involved! 😆 Out of the three routines we practiced today, I only managed to complete the last one! Not perfectly, but I'll take it as a win. 🥹

Never-ending thanks to teach @loreeinmotion for always being so patient with me. 🫶🏻

Pilates looks easy… until you try this! 😆

It's been a while since my last class at @flow.reformerpilatesbf, and it feels good to be back! Starting the week with a Wunda Chair Pilates class. Don't let the equipment fool you because even the smallest, most controlled movements can be surprisingly challenging. 😬 Definitely felt my muscles working throughout the session, especially with all the balancing, coordination, and core engagement involved.

Thank you, coach @dunneashley, for being so hands-on throughout the class! I really appreciate how attentive you were to our form and alignment, making sure we were doing each movement properly. 🤗

Also, can we take a moment to appreciate how well this Aura Set from @resetathleisure fits me? 😍 I'm really loving the fit, and it pairs so well with my grippy headband from @babecore.co and grip socks from @boeathleisure! Keep an eye out for @resetathleisure's new collection, coming soon! ✨

And of course, happy 2nd birthday to @flow.reformerpilatesbf! 🥳 To celebrate, they're offering discounted group classes on selected dates this October! Such a great opportunity to try Pilates or book another session. Don't miss out! 🫶🏻

10 October 2026 🛞✨

Wheel Flow was my third and final class of today's back-to-back-to-back sessions, but it turned out to be the proudest moment of my yoga journey so far. I was genuinely on the verge of happy tears! 🥹

Balance has always been one of my biggest struggles, something that becomes especially apparent during my Ashtanga practice. But today was different. For the first time, I was able to successfully balance on top of a yoga wheel without falling down! 😭

My thought process the entire time? "Tingin ka lang sa letter A, Kim!" 😆 And surprisingly, it worked!!!

I honestly don't know if I'll be able to pull this off again anytime soon, but I'm incredibly proud of what I accomplished today. Moments like this remind me that all those hours of practice, little improvements, and efforts to keep showing up are slowly paying off. 🥹

Thank you, teach walkyoga, for making this moment possible! And a special thank you to teachers @loreeinmotion, @proschefdes, @movewithtet, @bridgitte.onhermat, and @kz.lchc for your unwavering patience and guidance every class, and for making me strong throughout my journey. You've all played such a meaningful part in helping me reach this milestone. 🫶🏻

Couldn't have asked for a better way to end my 10.10 Saturday!
