האקדמיה לפסטות מגיעה לסופה השבוע.

כל פסטה טובה (וכל מתכון בעצם) מתחילה מחומרי גלם מדהימים - סידרנו את כולם יפה על נייר אפייה שלא נשכח מה נכנס למנה - ואנחנו מתחילים להכין.

לסופ"ש הזה נעשה פסטה אדומה חמה אש!
פסטה עם רוטב אדום מבוסס עגבניות, שום קונפי וצ'ילי חריף! מקשטים בבזיליקום טרי וזיתי טאסוס - ויש לנו מנה מעוררת חושים!
כמובן, חשוב לדעת לא להגזים עם הרוטב, אנחנו רוצים לתת טעם לפסטה בלי לפגוע במרקם המיוחד שלה - אז לא להגזים!
וכמובן בתאבון חברים!
שיהיה לכולם סוף שבוע חם מכל הסיבות הנכונות! .

The pasta academy is coming to an end this week.
.
Every good pasta (and basically every recipe) starts with amazing materials - we arrange them all nicely on a baking sheet so we remember what goes in - and off we go.
.
We're going to finish this with a red hot pasta dish!
Tomato based sauce, with confit garlic and some hot spicy chilli!
Garnish with basil and some tapas olives - and we get a very hot and sensual dish!
Of course, take it easy on how much sauce you add to the plate - we want the pasta to absorb the flavors but keep it's texture - SO HOLD BACK ON THE SAUCE!
And of course bon appetit!
