We came as strangers. We left as sisters. 🌊🤍

Oct 3 at #ResilientToast gave me the moment to breathe and just be. Not who the world expects us to be, just who we are.

Feet in the water. Deep breaths. Real connection. 🌿

A reminder that caring for yourself through self-healing, wellness and sisterhood isn’t selfish. It’s necessary.

👑 Thank you to the two Black women who created this space with so much love and intention: Aisha Murphy & Myra Hollis of @resilient_events

To God be the GLORY✨✨✨✨

I did it. I gave my speech on resilience… and somehow it became more of a gift to me than I ever imagined.

What I envisioned as inspiration for others first became transformation within myself. In the days of preparation, I had to face my own fears, practice resilience in real time, and update my expired coping skills. I realized how much I lean on being “over prepared” as a safety net.

So today, I chose faith over fear. I walked in, trusted my voice, and literally ripped up my speech in front of the audience. No script. Just obedience, authenticity, and presence.

Resilience isn’t just something we teach. It’s something we live. And today, I lived it. 🤍
