Some places stay with you. Big Bend National Park changes you.

“Big Bend, Take Me In,” our new song with Jimmie Dale Gilmore, is a love letter to the place and the way we feel when we’re out there. This is our way of putting a little of that feeling into music and giving something back.

The song is live on Bandcamp today, with all proceeds and donations going to The Big Bend Sentinel to support local journalism in the region we love. We’ll continue to forward the proceeds up until the release of the song to streaming in late November.

Listen, donate, and help us send some love back to Big Bend.

SEPTEMBER KODA ATHLETE OF THE MONTH
LORENZO FOWLER 🐓

Lorenzo has been a presence in the gym and community since the day he walked through our doors! He is the loudest during the breakout after class, and his heart for the sport and his community is even louder than his voice! 🫶🏼

Lorenzo’s positive outlook on everything that he has and everything that he is prepared to work for is contagious and you know that during a workout, a Friday Night Lights, or a TFX Throwdown, Lorenzo is the man to chase!

We couldn’t be more proud to shout Lorenzo’s name as AOTM for all of his hard work, intention, and growth here at Koda. In fact, we have decided that we would like to share his positivity and work ethic with you. If you are looking for some 1:1 training with an all heart, no quit attitude, Lorenzo is your man!
Started as an athlete here, and we made him part of the Koda training team! We can’t wait to see Lorenzo continue to spread his joy for fitness through classes and training clients.

Interested in hearing more?
Schedule a Private Training consultation using the link in our bio and request a session with Lorenzo!
