ONE LAST SOUNDFUL EXPERIENCE at Restful Waters FOR 2026.

COMING HOME, WHERE THE HEART IS.

Before we begin another year, perhaps there's something worth giving ourselves.

Time to reflect on where we've been, recognise what we've learned, and consider what we want to carry forward.

Not another resolution. Not another list of things to change.

Just an opportunity to listen more deeply to ourselves and discover what really matters.

Through three movements, Mind & Body, Feminine & Masculine, and Union, we'll explore the relationship between sound, rhythm, awareness and silence.

Soundfulness to Soundlessness.

This is our final gathering at Restful Waters for 2026, and your last opportunity this year to experience Comm–Union.

Come as you are. Expect nothing. And maybe, everything.

📍 Restful Waters, Bedfordale
📅 Saturday 14 November 2026
🕖 7pm to 9pm

🎟️ Last event of the year. Book your place:

CREATEHER is back 🤍
An evening dedicated to YOU. Your growth, your mindset, your dreams and the life you want to create.

We’re bringing together self-development, future-self work, vision boarding, manifestation and sound healing in a beautiful hidden haven in the Perth Hills.

A chance to reflect on the year, let go of old patterns and limiting beliefs, get clear on what you really want and start taking steps towards it.
Expect new connections, a little creativity, a delicious light dinner and an evening that leaves you genuinely excited about what’s next.

Come solo or bring a friend. Everyone is welcome. 🤍

it’s that time of year when, aligning with the emergent energy of Spring and the Equinox, I put the call out to women who yearn to awaken and sound their voices 🗣️✨

if you know that it’s time to BRING YOUR VOICE TO LIFE 🌱

join me for Awaken Your Healing Voice, a half-day deep dive into building vocal confidence and unlocking your natural resonance,

so you can fill your life and the world with more of the unique beauty of your voice (the only one just like it in all of Creation!) 🌎

once again there are 2 sessions happening:

🪷 one in the Boorloo/Perth area, this year at @restfulwaters

🪷 and one at @wisemovesyogapilates in Falcon

Patriarchy has made a real mess of the world (understatement!!)

Unsilencing women’s voices is a big part of bringing the balance back ⚖️

spread the word, share this with a woman you know.

book for either session at the link 🔗

I look forward to gathering with you!!

hi. i love you.

take a deep breath.

you don't have to live in survival mode all the time.

the world will still turn if you soften your shoulders.
your worth isn't measured by how much you carry.
you're safe to rest for a moment.

i hope today is gentle with you. 🤍

This session at Restful Waters is for people who are ready to go a little deeper.

Not just to relax, although you will relax.

This is a Soundful Experience created for inner balance, clarity, and deeper awareness.

Through live sound, vibration, voice, stillness, and intention, we’ll create a space where the noise can soften and you can begin to hear what’s underneath.

This is for those who are ready to reconnect with themselves, rediscover their depth, and come back to a clearer sense of purpose.

It’s gentle, but it’s real work.

Saturday 4th July at Restful Waters.

Living Resonance — this Saturday @restfulwaters

Feeling really grateful and excited for this one.

This Saturday at Restful Waters in Bedfordale, @january.kultura and I will be gathering for Living Resonance — a somatic & sonic immersive exploring the relationship between body, breath, nervous system, sound and vibration.

January is a beautiful musician and sound practitioner, and it’s been such a joy weaving this together with her. Her sensitivity with sound combined with the somatic and meditative practices I share is creating a really special field.

And the space itself… Restful Waters is exactly that. Quiet, spacious, surrounded by nature — the perfect environment to slow the system down and listen more deeply.

If you feel the call to step out of the noise for a few hours and settle into movement, sound, stillness, and resonance, we would love to have you join us.

Saturday | 1:30pm start
