BACK TO FACTORY SETTINGS. 🖤

Coming Soon — this Mercedes-Benz G500 Classic Cabriolet is being returned to its original factory look and specification from when it was built in 2000.

One of just 12 examples worldwide finished in Almandine Black Metallic, this is a rare piece of G-Class history.

Sometimes, the best way forward is to go back to the way it was born.

What makes Pre-Merger AMG’s so special? No two were necessarily the same.

Each car could be individually optioned by its first owner, with build sheets that were continually updated as new options and specifications became available. The result is a collection of truly unique AMG builds—especially the legendary SEC Widebody examples, many of which can be considered 1-of-1 specifications.

Fast forward four decades, and we can finally appreciate just how special these cars really are.

This stunning 1987 AMG 6.0 2nd Generation SEC Widebody features the highly desirable 1st-generation Penta wheels and steering wheel—a beautiful snapshot of Pre-Merger AMG history.
