Speed Art | Grand Auto Theft VI . . Breakdown how i made this:- 1. Layout & Compositional Sketching I started by defining the perspective and grid. I used diagonal lines to divide the canvas into panels, a hallmark of the Rockstar Games art style. This creates a comic-book or "shards" layout that allows you to showcase multiple scenes simultaneously. 2. Layering & Image Placement Instead of drawing every element from scratch, I used a photobash and compositing technique: Asset Gathering: I imported high-quality promotional images and fan art related to GTA VI (notably the main protagonists, Lucia and Jason). Clipping: I placed these images into the diagonal panels I created in step one, ensuring each "slice" of the poster featured a different aspect of the game’s vibe—club scenes, cityscapes, and character portraits. 3. Color Grading & Stylization To make the different images feel like one cohesive piece of art, I applied several digital effects: Saturation & Contrast: I bumped up the neon pinks, purples, and deep blacks to match the "Vice City" aesthetic. Glow Effects: I likely used Add or Overlay blending modes in ibisPaint to make the neon signs and highlights "pop." Line Work: I added or emphasized black outlines to give the realistic images a more illustrative, hand-drawn feel. 4. Branding & Typography The final touch was adding the official-looking branding elements: The "VI" Logo: Centered at the bottom with a gradient effect. Rockstar Logos: Placed in the corners to give it an authentic "official poster" look. Custom Text: I added fine details like "Rockstar Games Presents" and released year info at the bottom. #poster #speedart #gta6 #rockstar #ibispaintx
