The Third Annual Putting “Fore” Paul Memorial Golf Tournament is Officially in the Books🙌🏌️and was another incredibly successful outing💯

We couldnt have asked for better weather, golfer turnout and more immaculate vibes all day long🔥 Congratulations to this Years Winners - Team Benny and The Jets who took home the coveted (and new this year) Putting Fore Paul Trophy!🏆Nice work Boys!

The incredible people of Owen Sound and Grey County came out this past Saturday and raised funds and food for @o.s.salarmycommunityservices Family Food Bank! Together we raised just shy of $10,000 and over 180lb of non perishables!🥫💰Outstanding! In a community of 22,000 people, over 1100 people are now having to rely on the food bank every month to survive.🍜Each month, the Salvation Army Food bank distributes over $120,000.00 of food. These numbers are staggering! Your efforts will definitely go a long way, helping subsidize the grocery costs and in the feeding of families and individuals of your community👏To Alice and the entire @o.s.salarmycommunityservices, it was an honour to partner with you and want to thankyou so much for all of the help planning this event🙏🏻

On behalf of the @puttingforepaul commitee, we Thank Each and Every one of you who somehow helped make this day possible. Hole Sponsors, Volunteers, Golfers and Private Donors. None of this would have been possible without you👏A special thankyou to @stonetreegolffitness for hosting us this year again and for making this event run so smoothly👊🏻

A Very special thankyou to @osfd38, Al Douglas for making this beautiful wooden table for the fire hole, (featured in the video) and will be kept at @owensoundfire hall. Excellent work Sir🪓 and much appreciated.

We still have a lot of photos, videos and footage from the day, so if you would like us to send you any or didnt see your beautiful mugs in this reel, then please reach out! 📸

It was an amazing day spent with All of you and we cant wait to do it all again next year. Honouring and Remembering #53, our Pauly🚒🎣⛳️

Together we raised over $10,000 for @veteransandeverydayheroes, such a worthy cause Paul wouldve gladly approved of🙏🏻Helping Local heroes who suffer from PTSD, get back on their feet💪🏻🚔Photo cred goes to @wattysgirl for capturing the memories of the day📷 @katmat85 for the editing🔥Plenty more stills and videos to come. Special thanks again to @madhatterindustries and @owen_soundffl531 and all of the companies and generous donors who made this event possible🙏🏻Cant wait to do it all again next year🙌🏌🏻‍♂️🚒⛳️#puttingforepaul #owensound #smalltown #wherepaulsfrom #veteransandeverydayhereos #madhatterindustries #golftournament #53 #stonetreegolfandfitness #greycounty #brother #memorialgolftourney #golf

Such a fun night teaching these amazing ladies some basic self defense techniques. We talked about awareness, presence, confidence and maintaining your “base” as well as demonstrated some wrist grab and bear hug escape techniques.

Thank you ladies for coming and thanks to the coach Jade and Dylan and Professor Dave for your help. It was a blast!

We’ll be holding another free session on Monday, August 8th geared for ages 9-13 but if you missed out on tonight’s session, please feel welcome to join in on the teen session!
