Some memories come back through a place. Others through a smell, a flavour, or a table full of people you love. For me, that is what Taste of Heritage is really about.

I thought I missed Greece. But arriving at San Éna in Berlin made me realise maybe I was missing something else too. That feeling of slowing down and knowing the evening has only just begun.

Berlin was moving outside, but here we were creating our own little world for the evening. Flowers, fresh lemons, handwritten names and a table waiting to be filled.

I think the little touches are what make a table feel personal. The handwritten names, the flowers, the lemons, where everything is placed. Before anyone arrives, it already starts to feel like the evening belongs to them.

with Michael made me realise how much of ourselves we put into food. His memories of family and sharing shape the way he cooks at San Éna, just as my own memories shaped the evening I wanted to create.

Fresh ingredients, familiar Mediterranean flavours, but completely its own. Halloumi, kadaifi, chilli honey, fig brûlée and thyme. This was one of those dishes where everyone immediately reached back for another bite.

Then everyone arrived and suddenly the table was not something we had prepared anymore. It belonged to all of us. Hugs, chairs moving, people talking over each other. My favourite part.

This is the feeling I had been trying to remember. Plates in the middle. Everyone tasting something different. Berlin outside, San Éna around us, and somehow the whole table feeling completely at home.

The sun disappeared, the lights came on and nobody really noticed. Dinner became another drink, another story, another plate passed across the table. Nobody was ready to leave.

Maybe heritage is not only about where we come from. Maybe it is the flavours, people and traditions we carry with us, and the new memories we create from them. That evening, ours found a new place at San Éna in Berlin.

Итак, мне 30! 😱🥳 Вчера мы отметили мой день рождения. И если честно, в этом году хотелось чего-то более спокойного и тихого. Не хотелось суеты, потому что наша жизнь и так постоянно в движении: поездки, события, интересные проекты. В свой день хотелось просто остановиться и тихонько подвести итоги

У меня уже есть идеи, как начать свой новый год.

Прежде всего хочу доехать до Мелуката - это особый ритуал очищения на Бали под водопадами. Ещё хочу посетить саунд-хилинг. Друзья @reubenandokta как раз подарили мне сеанс в удивительном месте, и мне кажется, это именно то, что сейчас нужно 🥹

Этот год был для меня очень важным.

Мы вышли на международный рынок и начала двигаться в международном направлении. Для меня это большая победа 🙏

Я наконец-то заговорила на английском языке более свободно. Сейчас говорю на нём каждый день со своими друзьями! Могу слушать обучающие материалы и не выключать их через пять минут!

Удалось провести время с семьёй. Это оказалось намного важнее и ценнее, чем я могла себе представить ❤️

Не буду говорить о том, какие цели ставлю на следующий год. Просто буду потихоньку показывать их по мере достижения.

В последнее время я редко веду эту страничку.. на это есть свои причины. Ушла развиваться немного в другом направлении. Но чувствую, что за этот год мы очень сильно выросли в видеосъёмке. И да, пора начать этим делиться. Пора показывать, что мы создаём, потому что моя страница в последнее время немного пустует.

Спасибо каждому, кто был рядом, поддерживал меня и был частью этого года. Вы очень ценны для меня. Благодарю вас!
