There is a kind of healing that does not require you to be afraid of yourself. A kind of recovery that does not ask you to worship the wound. A kind of transformation that does not turn your pain into your permanent identity.

That is what The Sobriety Manifesto is.
Not another cage. Not another label.
Not another room where you repeat your brokenness until it becomes your name.

This is healing without fear. Recovery without possession. Responsibility without shame. Inner authority without needing another system to tell you who the fuck you are.

Your wound may explain you, but it does not get to own you. Your addiction may have shaped you, but it does not get to name you. Your past may have initiated you, but it does not get to imprison you.

The system profits when you identify with the wound.
Life begins when you outgrow it.

Hammurabi Fuentes

How does experience affect the journey?

In an interview with the Reveal Community, the founder of the Church of Ambrosia, Dave Hodges, shares his reflections on the effects of many years of dealing with sacred compounds on his spiritual practice.

Hodges believes that experienced people need less to achieve the same depth of experience since the brain gets used to such states with time. However, he says that his approach is very personalized and not something he advises others to try out.

All this experience is essentially about looking for wisdom, researching consciousness, and coming back with new information that would be helpful for his community and Church of Ambrosia.

Also, he notes that everyone’s path is different and what is beneficial for one person may not necessarily work for another.

The more you experience, the more responsible, intentional, and respectful you should be.

A few smiles from the last big wave of psychedel!c gatherings this month in the Bay✨

These captured laughs and hugs are especially important to me, as many of the other feelings and discussions throughout the weekend were much heavier, reflecting the weight of the world’s conflict.

This tension is a necessary response and piece of the puzzle to find peace, but it most certainly leaves scars behind as we navigate all the actions in and out of our control, and budget our energy to muster courage to take initiative and accept what we must hold and try to release.

This weekend demonstrated both: protesting and processing. Thankfully, community was able to contain and support it all.

So now, we integrate…🙏💕

If you took part, witnessed or otherwise heard, what stood out for you most?

I want you to think about something for a second.

Have you ever driven somewhere and realized you don’t remember the last five minutes?

Or gotten so lost in a memory, a song, or a thought that the room around you disappeared?

That wasn’t you “zoning out.”
That was a trance.

Your brain already knows how to enter highly suggestible states. You don’t need to be controlled, or asleep, or doing something against your will.

Hypnotherapy is just using that state on purpose.

And Wednesday night, I’m going to show you exactly how it works.

Not in a theoretical way. In a you feel it happening in your own body kind of way.

I’m co-hosting a live webinar:
Your Brain Is Already Suggestible

@revealcommunity and I will talking about why this state is so powerful, how it’s been misunderstood, and I’m walking you through a live experience so you can actually feel the shift yourself.

🗓 Wednesday, April 8th
⏰ 7PM Texas time
💻 $25
🎥 Replay available for two weeks

If you’ve ever felt stuck in patterns you can’t think your way out of… this is for you.

Let’s be real…Hypnotherapy has a branding problem.

Most people hear it and think: mind control, manipulation, or something fake.

But what if the real question is: What’s already controlling your patterns?

Habits don’t live at the level of logic.
They live in the subconscious.

And whether it’s:
– addiction
– anxiety
– emotional triggers

That’s the layer you actually need to work with.

This is why hypnotherapy is being explored alongside therapy and psychede|ic work, not as a replacement, but as part of a wellness toolbox.

Join me and @revealcommunity (https://www.instagram.com/revealcommunity/) for a live conversation on April 8th to break this down:
– what hypnotherapy actually is (no myths)
– how it affects cravings + behavior
– how it integrates with psychedelics
– risks, misconceptions, and real expectations

If you’re skeptical, you should come.
