There’s so many ways to “measure” life and everyone has their own version.

Maybe you measure 📐 your life comparatively by your career, finances, relationship status, education, travel….

But where does your health fall in the “measurement of life”?

Over two hours of contrast therapy sessions, I witnessed community and connection. Conversations in the saunas included vulnerable shares about stress levels melting away 🔥 and cold plunges recharging each individual with an added smile of accomplishment on their faces 🥶 .

The more I reflect on health in relation to stress and anxiety, the more I realize these feelings are not “human malfunctions”. They are simply messengers 📱 highlighting we have slipped out of our alignment.

BIG SHOUTOUT to @reveboulder x @ember_n_ice for hosting our community and the perfect reminder of the importance to hit the reset button for your nervous system. Thank you to the 30+ individuals for showing up, being vulnerable, and trying something new 🫶🏼.
