A shamanic journey is an intentional practice for shifting consciousness into non-ordinary reality to access insight, energetic clearing, and soul-level restoration. By combining acoustic driving (steady rhythm) with energetic intention, journeying acts as an interactive modality to rebalance the subtle body.
Core Mechanics & Energetics
Acoustic Driving & Theta Entrainment: A repetitive pulse—typically between 4 to 7 Hz (240–300 bpm)—slows brainwaves from waking beta into a receptive theta state. In this state, the analytical mind softens, opening access to symbolic, intuitive realms.

Finally found a IV treatment that services ANYONE 🧜🏼‍♀️ ANYWHERE 🌲they need it! @revive2you is a concierge that will bring ultimate hydration and blends of whatever vitamins you need! @mermaidmagnolia and I asked for magnesium, NAD, vitamin B complex, to fully rejuvenate and keep our fins from drying out! Yes even in the middle of the wilderness! @rene_the_iv_guy gave us full comfort with feel good music, eye mask, and antigravity chairs that fit our fins! Based in Tampa, but clearly he travels almost anywhere!

Mom’s self-care day, IV drip and all 🤍✨
Barbara and Sally both got a Rejuvenate+ infusion — NAD+, Vitamin C, B12, B complex, magnesium, and glutathione, straight to the couch, wedding prep in full swing. Trent held down the fort from his room the whole time, then was right back on duty for cuddles the second those bags were empty.

🚨My honest review on the IV therapy trend🚨

Please be careful when booking services online, specially something like IV therapy. I reached out to @revive2you because @rene_the_iv_guy is a registered nurse and has many years of experience.

It was a total bonus that they have 30% OFF for new clients. Additionally the fact that they will literally travel to where you are (home, office.. the beach lol) made this a no brainer for a busy mom like me.

The treatment was luxury wellness spa level. He had eye masks, a difusor with some fancy aromas and even relaxing music. He was extremely professional and walked me through what the entire experience was going to look and feel like.

If you are in the greater Tampa Bay Area, I totally recommend testing yourself to an extra boost of liquid love 🩷
