When I started Adipeau I knew some skin science but almost nothing about taking care of people’s skin. Fortunately, I met aestheticians who were very generous with their time and expertise. After 5 years, I feel like my education is only getting started. And that’s OK. In fact, I am incredibly excited by what lies ahead. By pooling our knowledge and by challenging each other, we have an opportunity to make a huge difference in the lives of so many people. Treating people post weight loss is a great example. In the next few weeks you are going to be hearing about how we are partnering with aestheticians to treat this condition appropriately. With understanding and experience. Excited! How about you?

Can’t get enough of these wonderful sessions and this beautiful community of US !!!
The second session of Face Yoga with Naz @reviverooms was so much fun and we are already waiting for the next one 🥰🥰
Learning the exercises involving how to balance between the over-worked and under-worked muscles on the face, practising the concept of mewing, light massages of the face tissues, practising exercises to help tone the face….well there was so much to the session !
Thanks Naz for making the event so special and thanks Reem @coachingwithreem for hosting the team 🥰🥰
It was a good start of a grey Wednesday !!
Watch out for more …..

✨ Dancers age faster in the face ✨
Stage makeup, lights, sweat & extreme expressions trigger inflammation, wrinkles, and nervous system stress. Botox hides the damage — but weakens muscles, freezes artistry, and ignores health.

That’s why we created Face Yoga for Dancers with @reviverooms — the first ever course designed for dancers’ unique needs.

💆‍♀️ Release jaw & tongue tension
🌿 Calm your nervous system (vagus nerve)
⚡ Reduce headaches, TMJ & “tech neck”
🌸 Restore balance, glow & longevity

Because we care about you — not just the dancer in you.
👉 Launching Sept 27 on bodhicore.com

Loving what I do every single day — learning, growing, and connecting with inspiring women in the industry. 💫

It was an honour to look after @reviverooms today. Even therapists need a little loving care too. ❤️

She experienced our signature Kobido Facial with an added Buccal Massage — perfect for releasing deep jaw tension and restoring natural glow.

Just look at that post-facial flush ✨ — a sign of tension melting away and circulation coming back to life.

Last week the NW3 and NW8 women got to have a taste of Face Yoga and how to take care of our face and neck muscles (which are completely neglected by most of us)….
A huge thanks to Naz from @reviverooms for taking her time out and spending time with each of the women in this exclusive event ……I have started practising the exercises already to energise and activate the dormant muscles of my face and jaws !!!
Thanks to Victoria @victoriaotamiri @savywellness to help me organise this…it couldn’t have been possible without you 🥰
And finally thanks to all the lovely women who took time out of their busy schedule on a Thursday morning ….we will make more such events together 😌☺️☺️
Please check Naz and the videos on her insta page @reviverooms for those who are interested to know about Face Yoga 🧘 Her clinic is at Duke Street where she offers personalised beauty treatments of massages, facials, peels…

So excited to welcome Nazmeen Khaliq, holistic therapist/facialist founder of Revive Room @reviverooms for a session on Face Yoga - to help learn the small techniques to tone, lift, and rejuvenate our facial muscles. Our face is a mirror of our well-being, reflecting our health and emotions. Caring for our facial muscles and skin is essential for long-term health and maintaining a vibrant appearance as we age.
Can’t wait to join her with some other lovely ladies for an exclusive session with Naz 🥰🥰
