Every round, every punch, every drop of sweat is a promise I make to myself: keep going.

No matter where you are today, trust the process. Believe in your strength. Stay disciplined. The results will surprise you.

You are far more capable than you think. Once you decide, there’s very little you can’t achieve.

Strength is not built when life is easy.
It is built in the moments you are tired, heartbroken, disappointed, stressed, and still choose to show up. Especially then.

We need to keep showing up even when life gets hard… especially when life gets hard. That is where growth lives. That is where character is built. 🥊

Without friction, perseverance, challenge, discipline, and discomfort… there is no growth.

Age is just a number, and I am living proof of that.
Keep going until you can’t anymore. Push your mind, your body, and your spirit beyond the limits you once believed in.

One day you will look back and realize the hardest seasons created the strongest version of you.

قدرت واقعی وقتی ساخته نمی‌شود که زندگی آسونه قدرت در لحظه‌هایی ساخته می‌شود که خسته‌ای، دل‌شکسته‌ای، ناامیدی، تحت فشاری… اما باز هم انتخابت اينه که ادامه بدهی و براي خودت حضور داري . مخصوصاً همان وقت‌ها بايد بيشتر ادامه بدي

وقتي زندگی سخت می‌شود باز هم ادامه ميديم… رشد دقیقاً همان‌جاست. شخصیتت همان‌جا ساخته می‌شه🥊

بدون سختی، پشتکار، چالش، انضباط و عبور از ناراحتی‌ها… رشدی وجود ندارد.

سن فقط یک عدده.ادامه بده تا جایی که دیگر نتونس . ذهن، بدن و روحت را فراتر از محدودیت‌هایی که زمانی باور داشتی هل بده.

روزی به گذشته نگاه می‌کنی و می‌بینی سخت‌ترین فصل‌های زندگيت توي امروز را ساخته

All three of our girls grew up in the gym.
Not because they had to—but because this has been home for so long. 🥊🎨

This is my seven-year-old. She was at the gym less than 30 minutes after we were discharged from the hospital.
If you know, you know.🤦‍♀️😂

Up until we opened a year ago, we were teaching at different MMA gyms, building Muay Thai programs.

We do our best not to pressure—just to create a space where effort is encouraged and joy comes first.

I’m thankful for my three—for their willingness to learn, their curiosity, and for growing up surrounded by movement, patience, and love from the community wherever we go. 💖
