A New Earth - is within you.

Your devotion to be the receiver, the creator, & participant is what you already do. But now, done with intention, to BE the change, the path is presented.

Times of darkness call in more light. Your presence and the actions you take from this presence is the change you yearn for. You yearn to be this consciousness.

2 free classes coming up to explore YOU and what is possible from unlearning and remembering the truth of who you are.

We kicked off something new at Bamboo this weekend… and it was electric ⚡️

Saturday morning, the gym turned into something that felt more like a high school gym during championship week—Laughter in the air 🧼, music up 🎶, and everyone pushing themselves to the limit 💪.

We launched Peak Week with a full strength test:
3-rep maxes on squats 🏋️‍♂️, deadlifts 🏋️, and the dumbbell press 🏋️‍♀️.

But what really stood out?

The way people showed up for each other 🤝

Cheering 📣. Coaching 🗣️. Challenging each other to go one more rep, five more pounds, dig a little deeper 🔥.

That’s the power of this community. It brings out a version of you that maybe you haven’t seen in a while—or didn’t even know was there ✨

And here’s the thing:
This isn’t about heavy weights or personal records.
It’s about you—and building a place where you feel safe enough, supported enough, and confident enough to keep showing up… even on the hard days ❤️

Our mission has never been just to get people in shape.
It’s to create a space where you feel proud of yourself again 👏

The new year is here 📆
You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need to take the first step 🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️

Send us a message—we’d love to help you get started 💬

PS. 🏋️‍♂️ At Bamboo Athletics, we’re more than just a gym…
We’re Fitness. Nutrition. Accountability. Support.

💬 Message us today to book a session with one of our Lead Trainers & start your journey!

Thank you @revolutionof1, for sharing this past clip on your platform! 🙏🏾 The only edit I would give myself is I think "most people" (not everyone) wants to help bridge our divide. Though, "most people" still might be a lofty amount to some, too. Nevertheless, all you can do is change your behavior and decide how you're going to contribute to the world. How you're going to interact with people around you. How you're going to treat others despite what the majority might do. ❤️

Whose peace are you keeping?

I’m all about taking the risk, but that’s not who I use to be 🥹
I could show up for everyone else but never for myself.

Needless to say, I’ve changed 🌱🪴 Grown even.

I know this thought process is ingrained for a lot of us, but we don’t have to accept our circumstances. We don’t have to lay down and die. We JUST don’t HAVE TO…

Tell me what you’ve been struggling with DM or comment , I promise I’ll answer 💗🫂

Are you willing to sprint when the distance is unknown?

The frustration from uncertainty is real—not knowing if it will happen, if the sacrifices are worth it, or if the odds are in your favor.

But if you know deep down that your freedom lies in running this stretch like hell, trust that inner voice—you’re in this fight to win!

Through this battle of mind vs. will, who you’re destined to become will emerge.
