Nov 13, Italian Center, Stamford — I step into the ring.

Gary, and everyone at Revolution Training who’s helped me get ready for this — thank you. Every round, every push, every correction. I couldn’t do it without you.

🥊 MEET THE FIGHTERS | WCB2K26
Different stories. One shared purpose: showing up for our youth.

Meet Ryan Miller! 🔥
This November 13, Ryan is stepping into the ring to support RF Youth Boxing—and you don’t have to take a punch to back him up.

“ I wanted to prove to myself that I could take on something completely outside my comfort zone, commit to the training, and see it through. More importantly, I hope my daughters see that you don’t have to put limits on yourself because of your age or because something feels difficult.”

His fundraising efforts help local kids access boxing, mentorship, and a community in their corner.

💬 Show Ryan some love in the comments!

Not everything deserves your energy.

I’m learning to separate what’s my responsibility from what’s simply outside my control.

I can’t control every person, situation or outcome.

But I can control how Ahmad shows up today.

And sometimes—that’s enough.

What do you need to let go of today?

Stay hungry. Stay grateful.

There’s nothing wrong with wanting more out of life. I certainly do.

But I never want to become so focused on the next goal that I stop recognizing the blessings that are already around me.

Ambition and gratitude can live in the same house.

What do you have today that you once prayed for?

Boxing doesn't build character. It reveals it….

Every round on the pads is a conversation with yourself. Your lungs burn, your shoulders go heavy, and your mind begs you to coast. That moment is the whole thing. Not the punch. The decision to throw it with everything when no one would know if you didn't.

Discipline is showing up on the days you don't feel it. Focus is shutting out everything except the next combination. Control is holding your power until the exact right moment, then letting it go completely.

The ring is honest. It doesn't care about your title, your excuses, or your potential. It only measures what you do.

I train the way I work. Full effort. Full control. No coasting.

Nov 13. Be ready.

Protect your energy—but check your own energy too.

Growth isn’t always identifying what everyone else is doing wrong.

Sometimes it’s having enough self-awareness to ask:

What am I bringing into the room?

That’s something I’m continuing to work on at 51—in my relationships, my family, my businesses and myself.

Your habits are creating somebody. The question is—who?

For me, these early mornings are about more than getting in shape. They’re an opportunity to practice discipline, patience, commitment and following through.

Then I have to carry those same things outside the gym.

🥊 Don’t just train your body. Train how you show up.
