Teaching My Tamil Mom Pilates! 👀❤️‍🔥💪🏽

As a Pilates instructor I have so many people come up to me telling me that they don’t think they’re strong/fit/active enough for reformer Pilates. Well I wanted to show you that Pilates isn’t limited to a body type, age, or activity level. It can meet you exactly where you are!

My mom absolutely killed it! We started with some basics, and she loved the nice stretch that the reformer provides. If you’ve ever been daunted by the idea of reformer Pilates, I hope this video changed your perspective 😉🫶🏽
