About my last post… I haven’t been able to ride my bike since July last year. It was hell.
Just when I thought it was finally getting a little better, I got into a car accident last December (also not my fault), and it got worse again. Now it’s starting to get a bit better again because of a GP at the hospital who figured out where part of my pain was coming from. I instantly related to it and started doing some research and exercises, which are helping with the pain.

This week, I took a riding lesson because I wanted to get back into riding, but I was still scared because of the accident and because I hadn’t ridden for seven months. Today, I rode my own bike again. I hope my body will allow me to keep riding and that I’ll be fully back when the season starts.

Words can’t describe how happy I am that I can ride again, even if it’s only for very short periods of time! It still hurts like hell though 🤣
