This @resolume Xtrusion plugin is my first venture in to creating a visual effects plugin. 🔗 in Bio to download it!

Xtrusion is a highly versatile multi-functional effect for Resolume that can create classic 3D Rutt Etra style scan-line, mesh and point based extrusion effects as well as more complex moving point cloud feedback effects, inspired by the look of Touch Designer particle effects.

Thanks to @rexaffects for the encouragement and for testing out some of the beta versions!

Check out this short trailer video and follow the link in bio for a full walkthrough. DM me for a discount code.

Actually this is my first rodeo 😅
Heyoo, I’ve been trying to do this tutorial thing. So I made this with just a wip clip. Give me some tips on format for the next one! & any questions about how I put this together drop below 👇

Big thank you to Rexaffects & shadyheadstash!

Like many, I really LOVE Reaction Diffusion. So I paired some with @blankensmithing Mediapipe plugin for @touchdesigner with a great hand filter tutorial by @nicholaspjm . I paired some of these gestures to switches in TD and some gestures sending OSC to @resolume to trigger @rexaffects Blob tracker, a Twitch effect, and different TD syphon.in sources.

I added a switch to the input of the corner pin TOP so I could change between the rectangle CHOP ,a heart.png and audiodynamic CHOP with opview CHOP to visualize the waveform of the track I made, playing in TD. It is also has audio reactive elements, but for this test I have turned off those layers. Looking forward to trying the new YOLO2026 multi-Person tracking plugin.

Feeling so incredibly grateful for our community, our village. This spring has been filled with so much play, music, dancing, adventures, support.

How blessed are we to have so many amazing women, men and children to share this life with? To be supported by? To be loved by? Friendship is truly one of life’s sweetest gifts 🥲

It’s wild that instagram won’t let me tag more than 20 and even more wild that we have so many close friends 💓

I’ve been exploring using @claudeai to help me realise some visual and AV effects in @resolume Wire that I wouldn’t know how to code myself. Here’s a classic Rutt Etra Extrusion effect I created using @rexaffects Plugin Professor. This is opening up so many creative possibilities!

@themedium_art is a place that truly brings together voices from our community and region and celebrates them to their fullest. Painting narratives from our neighbors, bringing life and conversation to topics that sometimes feel far away or out of reach, and building a space that everyone feels included while building up local artists- it's such a treat we have a place like this in our backyard.

Thank you to all of the artists for sharing such thoughtful pieces, and thank you to the medium for existing and being a light in what often feels a dark time ✨ go check out this space! Give them a follow and attend some events- I guarantee you'll feel the magic too

Artists featured at this visual art night: @rexaffects @brettpitts @katylkane a piece and pieces curated by @michelle.kay07 ✨

Thank you @arkansasonline and @themedium_art ... 👏The art we are all doing here is very impactful and important🎨 and I can't wait to show it off tomorrow evening, 6-8 pm, downtown Springdale, free and open to the public. 👍💃
🎨
There's a lot of mixed media collage and origami on top of my painting I have been doing but I am sharing stories. Each painting, each origami has a story of an immigrant. I have been talking with immigrant women in NWA about their traumatic experiences around deportation and making visual art based on those stories.
✨
There is a lot more to the display as well and some interactive opportunities. But the visual art night involves myself as well as three other artists with amazing art you will want to see and interact with as well @brettpitts @michelle.kay07 and @rexaffects
✨
