It’s been one year since I worked at Universal studios. I never thought I would fall in love with face painting the way that I did.
The experience and friendships I will forever cherish.
Walking in to the park and being surrounded by so many people from everywhere, was something else!

4 months of working 7 days a week!!!

Last year in November, I said to myself. If I got a chance to work again doing what I like I would work harder than ever .

Right before the year ended I was offered a position in the homeless field 🥳

That same week my boss from Taxes asked if I could manage the office every weekend until tax season ends 4/15.

I was committed in learning my new role, while managing the tax office my boys and life!!

For the passed 4 months I’ve ran around like a crazy, multi-tasking with everything and damn!!! I am so proud of myself, I did it 🙌🏽

Today I woke up so relaxed after having my first weekend off since the year began!

All I can think of is how thankful I am.
Being able to spend time at home on the weekend not having to wake up early, it’s the little things that sometimes we don’t appreciate.
All the sacrifices we do!

And now I can go back and concentrate on my other passion FACE PAINTING 👩🏽‍🎨

Thank you to anyone who’s trusted me whether it was Face painting, Make- up, hair or taxes 🫶🏽

MJ the Musical!! Wish I could have had the chance to have witnessed a Michael Jackson performance in my lifetime. I'm really glad I got to experience this with my neighbors (it was their first musical).
