Another successful day at @grapplingindustries fighting along side with my whole team @rga.vienna , i wanna thank my coaches @onetobjj and @lorenz_sadychow for screaming their lungs out for me today and for giving their 100% in each training session! Was blessed after a very difficult period of my life to stay strong, focused, show up and finally deliver 🥇
Congratulations to all my opponents and looking forward to the next one ☝🏻

Thanks @rga.vienna for the opportunity and everyone who came over 🙏🏻 Shared some details about weight distribution and pressure on lateral controls. The basics are actually the core and simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.

COACH REGISTRATIONS
Registration on Smoothcomp for coaches is mandatory in order to be able to pass within the barricades (gates) and be able to advise athletes from the coach’s corner.

Coaches need to pick up their official competition accreditation on fight day during weigt ins at the arena (08:00 - 09:00) to pass all barricades.

After weight in is closed, there is no way, coaches can pick up their accreditation anymore since accrediation is closed by 09:00.

We will have one chair on each side of every score table (red or blue) for ONE coach of the competitor on the mat.

The only persons that will be allowed to pass within the barricades (gates) during the tournament are the competitors, coaches, staff with official competition accreditation.

1 free coach per every 9 students registered from that same academy!

0-9 competitors: 1 coach

9+ competitors: 2 coaches

Maximum 2 coaches per academy/team!
