One part of competing I wasn’t fully prepared for: the mental strength it takes to put weight back on after the show.

After pouring so much into a cut and prep, watching your body change again can be hard. You can understand that it’s part of the process and still struggle with it. I’m learning to give myself room to feel that while feeding my body, recovering, and working toward what comes next.

Now the goal is growth. More muscle, more strength, and a healthier mindset around every phase of this journey. New training programs, new meal plans, and new goals to put my energy into.

I’m proud of what I brought to that stage, and I’m hungry to see what I can build from here. There’s work to do, and I’m ready for more. 💪🤍 @nffmedia @nfftexasclassic @naturalfitforlife @rgmphotography

POV: Me looking at you, already seeing the champion you haven’t met yet. You see potential. I see a future champion.

My background in physics and science has taught me to see more than what’s directly in front of me. I analyze variables, calculate scenarios, recognize patterns, and predict potential outcomes.

When I look at an athlete, I don’t just see their current physique. I see the possibilities, the proportions, the adjustments, and the mathematical path to building something extraordinary.

You see what is. I calculate what could be. 🧬🏆

Here’s to what is next! Team we are doing what they said was impossible all those years ago, staying true to our beliefs and putting ourselves
in the fire to prove it! Keep pushing forward.

Team Sculpted…big surprise we have been featured in the International Business Journal. This couldn’t have been accomplished without my amazing athletes who have believed in me since day one and turned my dream into a reality. Thank you team sculpted, the world is our oyster.

A few pictures and video of my routine (now see it clipped it short on IG 🫠) at the @naturalfitforlife Poseidon Classic Pro Master’s Championships. I successfully defended my Pro Women’s Physique Champ standing from last year. 🏆 I’m grateful for every opportunity. 🙏

This was my 21st bodybuilding competition, wrapping up a decade since my first show. I turn 40 this year. While every year brings new challenges, shifts, and pivots, my body continues to surprise me with what it can do. I am thankful for my health, fitness, knowledge, and the support system I have around me. I’m thankful for all that makes me able to push boundaries, grow, and live a blessed life. I’m honored to compete alongside other natural athletes who love this sport that showcases benefits of the lifestyle we choose on the daily.
It’s time for a little more food and a little bit of love for my joints as I spend more time as judge and coach and less as competitor for a bit. 😂 But I’m sure the stage will call me back in the future! Where else can I have a captive audience for my push-ups, splits, and posing shenanigans? 🤪
