90km walk… completed it mate ✅
@thebigthreetrek Gosford to Newcastle.
Shout out to @mbracementalhealth for leading the charge in supporting mental health through raising funds for those in our community struggling.

I’m so glad we got to reconnect with old football mates & was able to help support the great @stumusialik
Went in with no prep. I’m not a walker. Unless it’s Bar Beach to Merewether in the budgies & thongs. 😮‍💨

Whilst massively out of my comfort zone, this encourages you to get comfortable with the uncomfortable. Something I put my athletes through daily @pinpointathlete
So a great reminder that surrounding yourself with positivity & support, ensures anything is possible.
The banter, stories & laughs outweigh any of the blisters, sore legs & chafe.
Just glad we weren’t mic’d up for a heap of them. Especially the AIS ones. 😂

Was great meeting new faces & hearing their stories. Apologies to anyone’s eardrums that are still humming from my shit chat. I tried to share the love around evenly.
The support staff deserve a real shout out. You guys were the real MVP’s.

Doing the walk alone is almost impossible. But as a group it’s a walk in the park.

Looking foward to the next one🚶🏽

Currently $70k was raised.
Donations are still open

Former A-League star and Australian representative Rhali Dobson knows what it takes to push through adversity.

After making the difficult decision to retire early to support her husband Matt through a brain cancer diagnosis, Rhali faced her own battle with debilitating panic attacks.

Through hard work, and with the support of medication, she’s finding her way forward. Her message is simple but powerful: there is nothing wrong with asking for help or using medication when you need it.

Now, Rhali is putting the joggers back on, taking on the F3 Derby Walk next week walking 90km from the Central Coast Stadium and arriving at McDonald Jones Stadium on Anzac Day for the F3 Derby ⚽️🚶‍♀️

Everything raised goes towards funding FREE mental health services for those in need. Get behind Rhali and support her journey, visit m-brace.org.au or donate to her link below or in our bio 💙

Thank you so much @rhali2104 for everything you do in the community!

Very proud of my wife Ella for getting some recognition in the mail today! 💙

Anyone who has been involved with the treks over the years, knows that without her, these walks wouldn’t be what they are. Her organising and general care for every single person is next level.

The trek this year raised $365,000 for the Mark Hughes Foundation and another $20,000 for the McGrath Foundation. We couldn’t do it without Ella and the rest of the amazing support crew team so thank you to each of you 🫶

Bring on 2026!
