S24E10: I Heart NY / Flying Seoul-oh

Later that night, I got to thinking about my years in New York City. The brunches, lunches, the Central Park strolls, the late night cocktails. Manhattan had truly become my playground.

But as I sat there, overlooking the city skyline, I couldn’t help but wonder: is it time for a new adventure? A chance to reinvent myself, to discover a different side of me?

Back at my apartment, I got to thinking about Seoul; a city of neon lights and ancient traditions, where the old and the new collide in a dazzling spectacle. A place where fashion is an art form and food is a religion.

As I flew from the city that never sleeps to the city that dreams, I couldn’t help but wonder: are Korean employment visas this season’s must-have accessory?

2023 is almost over.
This year has been a dream!! having the opportunity to open a restaurant in NYC with my best friends (dreams come true ✨) with the most diverse and funny group of people, having the chance to collaborate with people I love and admire (more to come! 💃🏽), meeting new people who have impacted my life in positive ways and make me laugh every day, seeing my brothers living in different countries building their own families with the 2 best girls the universe put on their path, and my parents cheering on us 3 from afar being our #1 supporters since day 1 (🥺 I miss you every day)

And of course… my best companion who melts my heart every day with his occurrences by my side always, Nico te amo 🤍🐾

This has been one of my best years ever, and I can’t wait to see what 2024 brings up on my way !! ✨✨
