October. A month of reflection, learning lessons, and letting go. It’s been quite a ride, full of ups and downs, but also so many beautiful moments. Always grateful for the people around me and everything I have. Fall is my favorite season in New York. For me, it’s always a time of transformation, growth, new beginnings, and welcoming new things into my life. Thankful for it all.

🏀 For the Girls. For the Game. For Their Future. For us, girls grassroots basketball has never just been about basketball. It’s about the girls. For 30+ years, we have been part of this game—coaching, mentoring, supporting, traveling, sacrificing, celebrating victories, and standing beside young women through the moments that don’t show up on a scoreboard. We’ve watched girls walk into a gym unsure of themselves and leave believing they can take on the world. That is why we continue to give back. We want every player who puts on an FBC uniform to know: WE ARE HERE FOR YOU. Your development. Your confidence. Your opportunities. Your dreams. And most importantly, the young woman you are becoming. To our parents: we understand that when you trust a program with your daughter, you are trusting us with something far greater than basketball. We don’t take that responsibility lightly. We want to partner with families to create an environment where players are challenged, supported, valued, and prepared for whatever their next level may be—on the court and in life. After more than three decades in girls grassroots basketball, our passion hasn’t faded. It’s grown. Because we’ve seen what happens when someone believes in a young woman before she fully believes in herself. We aren’t here to build a brand around players. We are here to build players, pour into young women, and leave this game better than we found it. 30+ years in the game—and we’re still here for the same reason we started: THE GIRLS. ALWAYS THE GIRLS. 🏀❤️

couldn’t be more thankful to step out on this court again after battling an acl/meniscus injury. it kept me on the sidelines for over a year and really put my faith to the test. im proud to say this szn I received the “Most Inspirational Player Award” (named after Natalie Williams 🫶🏾🕊️), was named an all-star, even voted for as a mvp candidate. i’m so grateful to all of you who kept me in your prayers, kept me motivated, and kept me inspired. i promise if you keep going, it gets better. there is so much room for improvement. champions never lose. they either win or they learn. 2025. ⚔️
