COMMONWEALTH CHAMPIONSHIPS 2024🇫🇯🤍 Snatch 74✅ 77❌ 77✅ Clean and jerk 92✅ 96✅ 98✅ (1kg PR) Total: 175🥉 this competition wasn’t exactly what i had imagined for myself numbers wise, but after a long day of trying to cut water weight to even be able to compete, i’ll take it. came out with a 3rd place finish at my first international comp, a small clean and jerk pr and a pr tie in the total! happy with the outcome but definitely hungry for more. next up, westerns!🇨🇦 Huge thank you to everyone who helped get me here, i seriously couldn’t have done it without you guys! there’s way too many of you to tag in this post but you know who you are😊🫶 #heleathlete #weightlifting #olylifting #snatch #cleanandjerk #commonwealth #championships #wodndone #canada #teamcanada #virusintl #2poodperformance #tyrsport

Gross MAFF sesh today on the assault bike because it’s too cold out and I didn’t wanna run in the snow. Have I ever mentioned how much I HATE the assault bike?
