A full circle moment ❤️

We are all so proud of @iamromellglave_n and what he achieved on Monday in Birmingham, but what made it even more special was that club teammates and training partners @sfxnesse & @m.icz were in the stadium to see it happen. Here they are with Romell shortly after the final. Both Samir and Micah trained with Romell as young athletes at Croydon Arena and together the three were part of the young athletes team that travelled all over England competing at all levels, including the Birmingham Games (pictured here with @martynrooney). What a special moment for the three of them, we are all so pleased the three of you were able to share that moment together this week.

A huge thank you too to @rhirobynx, who is another hero from that era. We wouldn’t have spotted this had you not reposted 🙏 hope you are well.
