The BOLD HBCU Homecoming watch party in the New York Metro area was a huge hit! It was a well-attended and truly successful event. We kicked things off by viewing a panel of top Verizon leaders providing valuable insight to students at Norfolk State University in Virginia. We then hosted an impactful local panel where some of our own people leaders shared stories about their HBCU experiences.

NYM recently welcomed students from the High School of Economics and Finance for a successful Career Day.

The day featured sessions with several of our business leaders and a panel discussion led by esteemed people managers. Students gained valuable #vzwno #vzproud #unstoppable #vzpride #builtforsccess exposure to different parts of the business and the wide range of job opportunities available at Verizon. The event concluded with interactive entertainment, including our famous robo dog, games, and a photo session.
