for real tho, I miss them already 😩

it’s super weird to go from seeing your team almost every day to not seeing them at all. definitely an adjustment period.

Fortunately, many of my athletes stay in Colorado through the summer so I can spy on them during summer training. I think it’s important for them to have to train on their own during summer. Builds some self motivation and pride in holding yourself accountable. That way they can fully take ownership of their performances next season. we build the base now.
