NOT EVERYONE WILL CLAP FOR YOU KEEP GOING ANYWAY.

Since starting my Instagram page, I’ve noticed that some of the people I considered close friends haven’t liked, followed or supported my content. At first, you notice it. But eventually you realise something important: your progress cannot depend on other people’s approval.

This applies to fitness and life. When you decide to lose weight, get stronger, improve your health or completely change your direction, not everyone will understand or support you. Some will encourage you, some will silently watch, and others may even expect you to fail. None of them should determine how far you go.

Fitness teaches you that nobody can do the work for you. Nobody can walk your steps, lift your weights, control your food choices or drag you out of bed when motivation disappears. Eventually, success comes down to your own discipline and your willingness to keep showing up.

So stop measuring your worth through likes, comments or validation. Measure it through progress. Are you healthier? Stronger? More disciplined? More confident? Becoming a better version of yourself? That matters far more than somebody pressing a button on social media.

Keep training when nobody notices. Keep working when nobody applauds. Keep believing when people doubt you. You don’t need an audience to start, applause to continue, or permission to succeed.

I’m not doing this to prove anybody wrong. I’m doing it to prove to myself what is possible when I refuse to quit.

If you’re working towards something and feel like nobody is supporting you, this message is for you:

KEEP GOING. YOUR RESULTS WILL EVENTUALLY MAKE THE NOISE FOR YOU. 👊

Comment “KEEP GOING” if you’re staying focused on your goals, with or without the applause.

Jab Allah parindon ko bina hisaab rizq deta hai, to woh hamare liye bhi kaafi hai. 🤲❤️
Allahumma, jis tarah Tu parindon ko baghair hisaab rizq ata farmata hai, usi tarah hamare rizq mein bhi wus'at, barkat aur aasani ata farma. Humein kabhi kisi ka mohtaj na banana. Hamare haath lene wale nahi, dene wale bana. Apni rehmat aur barkat se humein maalamaal farma. Ameen Ya Rabb-ul-'Alameen. 🤲✨
