"If love was enough then you'd stay forever"

I know I’ve been absent on here since December, and honestly, the reason is because 2026 started off quite tough. At the beginning of the year, we lost my dog Abi, who had been part of my life for 16 years.

She wasn’t just a pet to me, she was part of every chapter of my life growing up. Losing her completely knocked me emotionally, and for a while I just didn’t have the energy or heart to share anything online. Posting again without acknowledging her first felt wrong.

Nothing about this feels big enough for what she meant to me. This post is only a small collection of moments from a whole lifetime together. The last photo is the final one I ever took of her, in our last moments together, and I like to believe her big crooked smile was her way of telling me everything would be okay.

I’ve spent the last few months focusing on healing, working hard, reconnecting with myself, and putting my energy into the people I love most.

Around the time we lost her, I wrote a letter to Abi. I never originally planned on sharing it because it was something so personal to me, but after keeping it to myself for a while, I think I’m finally ready.

So this is for her ❤️‍🩹

Ohhh how pretty is this ceremony set up in front of the HOMESTEAD GATES - very Bridgerton with the old sandstone plinth and urns with all those pastel coloured pretty flowers by the team from @pastel.posyevents 💐

Ahhh it took us to ‘happy colours heaven’@🩵💚🤍🩷💜💛

And even the shade was in the perfect spot for our gorgeous couple and their guests 🙌🏻

What do theatre, a pizza shop and videography have in common? No idea. Ask Mr Ribbons though, because that’s his last two decades summed in a sentence. A seasoned creative with a beautiful mind, Ribbons has an eye for directing, coupled with an ability to seamlessly weave together architecture and people, all to create a layered, emotive narrative that expresses the heart of a property. Always with a smile, he’s not just smart, he’s warm and friendly. He also occasionally sleeps.

While you’re here, give his pizza shop a follow @ferrarospizzeria
