POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

A little love letter to my first 1,000.

On July 24th, I made my very first post on this little corner of the internet. I hadn’t figured anything out. I didn’t have a plan, a strategy, or even an intention beyond sharing my love for beautiful jewelry.

And somehow, you all welcomed me with open arms.

Less than three months later, there are 1,000 of us here. That feels completely surreal.

What started as a place to share my collection has become a community of the kindest, most encouraging people. People who celebrate each other’s finds, share their stories, introduce me to incredible designers, and understand that sometimes a tiny piece of jewelry can hold an entire lifetime of meaning.

And somewhere along the way, three wonderful businesses trusted me to help tell a little piece of their stories. One in my sweet hometown, one in California, and one in Portland. That is something I never could have imagined when I pressed “share” for the first time.

I’m so incredibly honored, humbled, and grateful.

But my favorite part of all of this? Getting to shine a little light on the small businesses, independent designers, and fellow jewelry lovers who make this community so special.

So today, I’m celebrating you. The people who have cheered me on, shared my posts, answered my endless jewelry questions, and made this little hobby feel like something so much bigger.

Thank you for choosing to be here.

Here’s to the next chapter, more beautiful discoveries, and continuing to lift each other up.

This little corner of the internet really is the best.

Bicentennial baby! As a Gen X Aquarius 26-year New Yorker, I’m hopeful for a better world. In the meantime I’ll do the best I can and hug my cats!

This is against all rules and algorithms. Make it almost two posts at once. But I always act against the rules. Flowers from last may… may 2024 ..

SOLD! ♥️ TY @ribbonsedge 🥰 Folks, check out her shop! So many cool, unique and vintage charms.

🗣️Does anyone know a Vito? I have this buckle that was attached to a belt I wanted, and bought, and instead of taking it off I figured wth it’s coming home with me too. So now I just need to find a Vito to unite it with. 😅 It’s clearly vintage, enamel inlay, raised lettering, 3.25”x3”, sturdy, shows signs of wear and age. Practically giving this away.….

Today’s stack didn’t work very hard to get here. Not a lot of thought went into it because there were errands to run after a late start. But the beauty of having a lot of great pieces available, many from incredible people here on IG, is that they take care of me even when I don’t give them proper attention. I feel fortunate. 😘🩶
