What kind of a sister would I be if I didn’t do some meal prep for my own brother @ric.rags while I was in NY this weekend? If you’re bulking and cutting at the same time, get in touch and I’ll put together a super tasty low fat, high protein menu that’s sure to help you reach your goals while keeping it interesting! I made him some 🔥 salmon sushi bowls, beef and mashed potatoes, my signature lemon Greek baked chicken and potatoes and some taco bowls! #tinaskitchendmv #eatrealfood #eatclean #eatgoodfeelgood #gains #absaremadeinthekitchen
