Happy Lesbian visibility week from me and one of my favorite lesbians. A year ago my thesis exhibition was up and wow how things have changed!! Here is an outtake from my thesis “Like Thunder and Yearning” a series about lesbian identity! p.s. there is new work coming! I unfortunately broke my camera without realizing and have several blank rolls on my hands from the last couple of months. However! I am back in operation fingers crossed!

man these folks sure are having a good time enjoying In the Roots of the Willow Tree! Wondering how you can get your hands on a book that brings such joy, heartache, and intrigue???? —Wonder no more!!! this poetry/photography mashup book is now available in my bio for the low low price of $12.50!! The listing on lulu bookstore now features the very thoughtful description from @laurasemro “With a compassionate pen and a delicate shutter, Stone speaks with undeniable strength to both universal and deeply personal queer experiences. Firmly rooted in their experience as a trans butch lesbian, ‘In the Roots of the Willow Tree’ is a love letter to their past, their present, and their future. Timid youth, defiant self, simple visions of soft lips on wrinkled cheek. Beautifully vulnerable and visually sensitive, Stone explores love, loss, chosen family, butchness, and an aching adoration for the camera. These pages present the opportunity to get lost in the electricity of gentle yearning and unwavering care - for romance, for friendship, for the family you’ve built, and, most importantly, for who you are meant to be. ‘One day things will be slow and easy, and you will know exactly why you are here.’”
