Words can’t express how excited I am for you. How prayerful I am for your future. And how thankful I am that God blessed me to be your pops.

To the graduate…

Life will throw you some easy pitches.
It’s also been known to throw some curves.
You know the enemy loves to throw sinkers.
I want you to knock em out the park onto the curb.

The fact is, you play for the best coach.
Sovereign over every pitch you’ll face.
So every day, when you step on life’s field.
You'll have a bat & glove, Mercy & Grace.

You’ve been taught how to swing.
And you know when to sit back.
Don’t let the strikeouts keep you down.
Every day comes with another At Bat.

You know base hits win the game.
So don’t trip when it’s not a home run.
You may not win them all, and that’s life.
Just keep showing up and have a ton of fun.

Drop the losses, keep the lessons.
Be consistent. Enjoy the wins.
It’s not what happens, it’s how you handle it.
Cause we don’t break, we only bend.

You’re blessed with a village.
We’re in the bleachers rooting loud.
Rain, sleet, or snow, supporting you.
Win, lose, or draw… I could never be more proud.

@3.beenthat Congratulations Firstborn. Keep swinging for the fences.

Huge shout out to Victor Clark II @viicpensa for coming through and pouring into my baseball athletes.

Soon to be a licensed chiropractor in the state of Texas, Victor spoke on sports injuries in baseball and how chiropractic care plays a major role in recovery, performance, and longevity in the game.
We didn’t just talk about common injury areas like shoulders, elbows, hips and we also went over practical rehab movements, stretches, and exercises to help manage and prevent future injuries.

Education + Application = Elevated Performance.

We don’t just train hard we train smart 💯

Recovery. Prevention. Performance.

Thank you, @koolbreeze.chiro, for equipping our athletes with knowledge they can use beyond the field. 💪🏾⚾️
