The artist about the exhibition
"The idea for this exhibition came as a result of the sense of loss I felt after the 2016 referendum. Having been born abroad but with UK citizenship, I never felt particularly English; however I always felt that London was where I belonged and where people like myself could find kindred spirits.

Slowly, the place that I love is changing and this exhibition is an attempt to document the London I know, through portraits. I have created nine paintings of European friends and acquaintances, who will all be affected by the coming changes.

Please let me know if you would like any further information.
See you on the 6th at @Cassart"
