Do you want to hear a story?👇

Recently I found myself dwelling on the last Ecstatic Dance Cascais gatherings, and a realization appeared.

In the beginning I didn’t fully understand why I created this space.

It started from a simple inner feeling: we need this.

A place where people come together and move.
Where roles, stories and differences soften for a moment. Where we remember what is always true, beneath everything, we are the same.

Ecstatic Dance Cascais slowly revealed itself as a space where we can be exactly as we are.
A space that reminds us of our essence.
A space where love lives, where peace can be felt, where dance becomes a way back to ourselves.

To me it feels like a small treasure that we are holding together.

My wish is that this project keeps guiding us back to what is truly important.
That it supports us in becoming courageous again !

Courageous enough to love each other openly, freely, and without fear!!!

May we continue carrying and growing this space together, as a co-creation, sharing it with more people who feel the call to dance.

Looking forward to the next edition on April 11.

Do you feel the call & join the tribe?

• Friday, but make it a soft reset.
Messy rooms, loud laughs, bad decisions, good wine.
Still healing. Still flirting with life.
No rush, no plan just rolling the credits and dancing anyway. 🍸✨
• All praise belongs to the Photographer/Owner

What a day.
What a vibe.
Yesterday’s Rise & Vibe felt like a portal where energy, music, movement and community came together in the most effortless and elevated way.

Thank you to everyone who showed up with open hearts, danced with their soul, connected, created, smiled and made this edition unforgettable.
Every photo in this carousel holds a moment of the magic we lived together.

This is what Rise & Vibe is about:
vibration, alignment, freedom, community and those moments that stay in the body for days and in our minds forever.

See you at the next one. The vibe keeps rising. 💛✨
