Recovery looks different for everyone, swipe to see how some people have been utilising our compression therapy leg, arm and hip attachments🤍 For John, it’s easing into the morning when back pain and stiffness make the day a little harder. John returned for his second session of hip compression therapy! Kerriann and Raquel, doing some R&R after a week of long hours on their feet, whilst balancing strength and conditioning training. For Brooke, Erin and Michaela who’ve just conquered a half marathon, giving their legs some extra care. 🤩🤎 For Richard, who’s training hard in the gym and preparing for an upcoming boxing event, it’s supporting his recovery so he can keep showing up for his training. Richard is utilising the arm attachments!

Recovery is at your pace. Whether that’s one session a week or making recovery part of your routine a few times a week, there’s no right or wrong way to do it. A big shoutout to Richard for putting his recovery first this week. He’s already noticed higher energy levels and better sleep at night — and he’s making the most of his $50/week founding membership. For $50 a week, Richard has unlimited bookings across everything Restore has to offer, so the more he comes in, the more value he gets from his membership.
